“I love GOOD Thai food and I always order Pad Thai. Kan's Thai Kitchen had EXCELLENT Pad Thai and Pad See Ew.

The chef must have a high BTU and a narrowly focused flame because the wok hei was real and so real that the food stayed hot for so long. We ordered MILD for both and just as the server said, mild has some heat and it was so good.

Good vibe. Good service (the chef brought the dish to our table). Excellent food. We were so happy leaving there. The next time we are in the area (or even passing by), we are there. I wish we had Thai food like this in Tallahassee.“

I flagged down the manager, Lera (pronounced Lair-Ah), and asked to purchase another helping of meat, she refused to charge me and got it done in seconds. Lera was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to not only help me but every other customer in the store. She knew the regulars' names, was incredibly respectful and warm, and ran the back-of-the-house operations like a drill sergeant.
