I ordered for delivery and then they said I had to pick up my order. They didn't give me my money back.
If I could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would!!! This was, without a doubt, the most outrageous and ridiculous experience I’ve ever had!!! I asked for a simple cup of WATER, and the lady had the nerve to deny it. WATER—a basic human necessity!!! Are you kidding me?!? Apparently, if you don’t place an order, you’re not “worthy” of water. What kind of horrible policy is that?!? Absolutely disgraceful and inhumane. I will NEVER be coming back, and I will make sure EVERYONE knows how AWFUL this place is!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!
Worst service, they even denied a cup of water. Inhumane. Dirty store. Unprofessional barista and unpleasant environment.

Super cringe manager named Mel who is full of herself for working in star-bucks. We always get refills everywhere in any Starbucks for any latte I buy & they always give me any iced tea or any cold coffee I want but this one chose to just ruin my day today specially this woman Mel. The guy at the reception was still kind to tell me he will give me any flavored iced tea as refill yet she came in and ruined the mood & our experience here making us to cancel everything.
She should be reprimanded for being such an unkind human being in this age !!
