First time for my dad being in a Starbucks, he thought it was great. Real comfortable seating, people were helpful and very informative. Real pleasure and we're going back today.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I have gone there dozens of times... Not once has my drink been made in under 15 minutes. The barista today literally asked me "what is your drink again?". The quality of drinks are not consistent, which sucks when you wait 15 minutes and pay $6 for a bad cup of coffee. This Starbucks location in TC is a cozy and pleasant spot to grab your coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is smooth and friendly. All of the employees are always so welcoming greeting you once you walk through the door and the place is well kept. The staff is friendly, polite, and happy. One employee named Cassius was kind and patient, smiling the whole time. The food is as good as it is at other locations. This location is in a very convenient spot if you're walking within the town center, though it is way smaller than other locations with only a few spots to sit inside and some outside. Even though it was small, it was super clean. Consistent, reliable, and exactly what you’d expect from Starbucks.
