Hanging around, waiting to go to the port to board our cruise ship, we needed a place to kill time. This little coffee store was perfect for that. We sat and sipped and used the wifi.
It’s a nice spot usually I get good service, but the guy with the curls is lazy… he didn’t even give me a discount for the 50% sale that they had. You shouldn’t even have to ask for it, they should know..

Ex employee - don’t work here , the mangers are racist and only want to hire people who speak Spanish. The shift supervisor Juan is not even barista certified to serving drinks and the store manager won’t do anything about it , the store is always short staff and is never cleaned by the mangers unless it’s the regulars barista who do it. I’ve worked at this location for an over a year and seen many people come and go , have no barista experience and get hired while other excellent employees don’t get acknowledged. As an employee we was force to not date the food which is apart of Starbucks standards, the store is infested with mold inside of the fridges and coffee brewers. Please be aware if your purchasing cold brew from this location the store manger does NOT use the purified water which I have witness. She will use the the sink water from upstairs that has a bad smell. Be careful as well when you purchase food make sure their isn’t any mold due to the fact Mischelle (Store Manager ) and Juan (Shift supervisor) made it clear to not put any date dots on the food items as far as pannis and pastry items only time food is properly date dotted is when the district manger is coming. Also this is place will force you to work weekends while giving other race’s weekends off. Juan is a shift supervisor who was hired with no BARISTA EXPERIENCE and was fired from Amazon , and our Store manger knew him personally and thought he was the best fit for the store. The managers are lazy and don’t want to help when the store is short staff will beg and force employees to work 7 days straight and 10-11 hour shifts while they are gone before 2pm and off weekends. They will continue to serve beverages knowing espresso machines are not working and is brewing watery espresso and will still serve it to the customers good to luck their is only two barista which have been their the longest are the best ones.

I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order. Every person that ordered in person got their drink. I had to ask twice for my drink.

I ordered the feta cheese, which was delicious but served out a smile. No happy faces back there. It’s Christmas time put on a happy face. Aren’t you working for Tips?

The staff is rude here ?Also they put 20% tip by default, be careful when payingAlso I asked my latte to be warm and not too hot, and guess what? It was boiling hot ☹️

Usually very good service. Today however it was horrible. I ordered and by accident put a tip of 20 usd. Right at the moment my credit card was charged, i asked the girl at the counter to cancel the transaction. I told her thar she could easily cancel and she refused. I asked her to call her manager and she told me that her manager said for me to call my credit card company. Which i did. I did not take anything that i ordered.The girls at the counter were not helpful. I felt this store is being very fraudulent. I have worked in retail and i know the transaction could be cancelled and rung up again.

Really disappointed in the service. Went to this Starbucks a while back ago and the customer service was off. Very rude employee who’s cashier and now again coming to this Starbucks, wanted to give it another chance. Still had the same bad experience with one of the employee being rude. Very unfriendly environment. Made me even lose the urge to have my order.

Bad customer service ?
Upon arriving I noticed the store was empty and two staff members were stocking the dessert and food case. The barista reluctantly came over, and asked what I wanted. I submitted my ordered, paid and walked away. Now, I’m a once in awhile client but I sure do enjoy a chai tea latte venti with better customer service especially that typical Starbucks fun energy. Instead he delivers no eye contact, no fantastic Starbucks hello or even good bye, and no smile. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. Instead, it looked like he was unhappy and did not want to be there. I would suggest not hiring these types of workers as they ruin your brand.
