The staff is really friendly, but the gelato was not good at all. There is absolutely no way they are using premium ingredients. Additionally, the gelato seemed like it was stored improperly. It was stale, crumbled when I put the spoon in, and portions had what looked like freezer burn.For 10$ a scoop this is a one and done place. Never coming back again.If you want genuine gelato with quality ingredients (and home made), try dolce salato just a few minutes away.
The gelato was beautiful but the price was too much, $9 for a single scoop. And as someone else mentioned, no prices until the end.
DONT'G Go! - HIGHWAY ROBBERY!They charged $9.90 for an almost scoop. When I complained they shrugged their shoulders.

No prices to be seen anywhere, but if course you can ask in advance. Gelato nn is decent but many other options in fll or Aventura for good gelato. 10+ dollars for 1 scoop... Really? Not even close to be worth that. Assuming any other konos is the same
I'm only giving this place three stars because it's ridiculously overpriced $14 for some ice cream or $12 for some ice cream with a bit of espresso? Come on man.
Excellent Gelato, a little on the pricey side but hey it's a Ft Lauderdale mall and a very nice one at that so what can you expect. The gelato was superior to others we've had!

There double shot latte is just one shot that they pressed twice for watered down coffee.
Ice cream was very nice, only thing is that I didnt see the prices until the end.
No where to see the prices just to find out you will be paying almost $30 for two small cups and a bit of sprinkles that they charge apart. Like if $10.30 per small cup wasn't enough.
I didn't buy a gelato although I did taste a few and now let me just say the lemon was the bomb I got back in line to try to get one before I was to board my River taxi but let's just say they service was very slow not their fault but I can't wait to come back and try it again
