Horrible! Very dirty place! It has roaches! The health department must pay you a visit. The man working at this location is giving free food to his friends. He made 2 sandwiches and only collected for one sandwich.

New ownership took over which at least means they have bread in stock but he is rude and equally dismissive of his customers as the last ownership. Stay away!

Was here around 5:30 today and the employee had exceptional customer service making sure our experience was positive after a mistake. I have given 5 stars because good customer service seems hard to come by and he was amazing and had zero negativity about making it right.

My elderly mom and I came to the mall for a couple of errands and stopped to get a sub here. I totally mis-ordered. Told Mr. Moore I wanted oven roasted chicken breast when I meant to say oven roasted turkey which was the Sub meal of the day for Sunday. He already put the chicken breast but that’s when I realized I ordered wrong. Not only the wrong item but also it wasn’t Sunday and it wasn’t the meal of the day. No problem. Mr. Moore without complaint re-made it and still gave me the meal deal. The other two employees were very nice too and for some reason the man at the cash register didn’t charge me for an extra drink I ordered. I went back after looking at my receipt to tell him and he said “I know!” Wow what great customer service. The young lady there was friendly to me too. Making me feel better about the mistake I made in my order. Helped restore my faith in good customer service! Thank you all! 😊

This was my first time in years coming to the subway at coral ridge mall. I ordered a tuna sandwich with tomato, mayonnaise, and black olives. The man at the cashier proceeded to tell me it was closed which i found weird and walked off. I then noticed it was only 4:10 pm and was confused on why it closed so early so i checked the hours and it said it closed at 9. I then went back and told him and he told me it was closed for now because he needed to fill in supplies and he was “alone” when another employee had just arrived. I asked him how long it would take and he said around 20 minutes. I then went back after the 20 minutes and asked for a long tuna sandwich with tomatoes, mayonnaise and black olives and he told me that they didn't have that ready and he gave me a small tuna sandwich with just mayonnaise for full price. I got here at 4:10 and left at 4:45.

I really like subway and usually deal with the casual slower worker who is CLEARLY high. But for the first time I decided to just order online and pick it up. Made my order around 7pm and around 7:55 was told it was done. Walked up to the counter where I was met with the rudest employee who told me they were closed (it was 7:57 and Google said they closed at 9) and could not make my order (which had already been placed and apparently finished according to the site) she told me to call subway and get my money back. There is no cooperate number. I still haven’t gotten my money back or my sub.

Ordered sub on app for pickup. Employee did not make the sub and had terrible attitude. Would not give me a refund and told me to contact corporate who is impossible to contact. Seemed like they were scamming.
