Absolutely horrific employees. Never experienced such rude customer service in my life. They deserve to be fired immediately.

This was my first time in years coming to the subway at coral ridge mall. I ordered a tuna sandwich with tomato, mayonnaise, and black olives. The man at the cashier proceeded to tell me it was closed which i found weird and walked off. I then noticed it was only 4:10 pm and was confused on why it closed so early so i checked the hours and it said it closed at 9. I then went back and told him and he told me it was closed for now because he needed to fill in supplies and he was “alone” when another employee had just arrived. I asked him how long it would take and he said around 20 minutes. I then went back after the 20 minutes and asked for a long tuna sandwich with tomatoes, mayonnaise and black olives and he told me that they didn't have that ready and he gave me a small tuna sandwich with just mayonnaise for full price. I got here at 4:10 and left at 4:45.

I really like subway and usually deal with the casual slower worker who is CLEARLY high. But for the first time I decided to just order online and pick it up. Made my order around 7pm and around 7:55 was told it was done. Walked up to the counter where I was met with the rudest employee who told me they were closed (it was 7:57 and Google said they closed at 9) and could not make my order (which had already been placed and apparently finished according to the site) she told me to call subway and get my money back. There is no cooperate number. I still haven’t gotten my money back or my sub.

Terrible service, very rude staff did not want to place my order, I think she is very rude and annoying.
Ordered sub on app for pickup. Employee did not make the sub and had terrible attitude. Would not give me a refund and told me to contact corporate who is impossible to contact. Seemed like they were scamming.

Lady in front of me w 3 kids ordered a ft long grilled chicken sandwich and it came to over $18. She was shocked, as she should be. No notification before she bought it…. Not on the signs…. No staff said anything. And the lady at Anne’s was rude when I suggested they tell the owner to inform customers before they order an $18 sub instead of the typical $9 sub. Sounds illegal…. Classic bate and switch. Lady at Anne’s seemed afraid of owner.
Just read other reviews and I can’t believe I ate there. Gross!

First time to a subway in many years, at the coral ridge mall! I saw a nice new item and my daughter wanted one so I ordered the foot long dipper of pepperoni and cheese. It took 10 mins for service. Only one guy behind the counter by the time it was like 4 people in line somebody from the back came out.
I made my order, and while it heated, she took on another customer doing some sandwiches. When the dippers were all warmed it, the lady set them on the prep space, they got lukewarm and then they were wrapped and handed to me. Let me just say, what is advertised is not what I got. In the photos you’ll see what is advertised vs what I got.
There was so much excess flat bread in order for it to look somewhat like the photos I had to remove 75% of the flat bread.
The whole experience sucked. Auntie Anne’s employee had to ring me up, as the two subway employees wrapped my order and left it there another 5 minutes… unacceptable experience, surprised this place has a whole 3 stars.

Coral Ridge mall. 3 people behind the counter but only one making sandwiches. I waited almost 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging me. Finally the guy who was actually working told me we only have flat bread. We are out of all the bread to make subs! What!! This is at 2:00 in the afternoon, no reason to be all out of bread. The manager needs to be fired.

Horrible service!
It's all on the owners shoulders. Family owned and family management. That needs no more explaining. Oh, the crew memeber at the cookie side, still sits on the floor to HIDE while on the phone? Niece of the owners. She's nice but needs more growing to do. (We see you on the floor) And she handles food. Hmmm?
Games.? People truly do not know how to work with the PUBLIC.
