When I brought it to Jonathan-the manager’s attention. He proceeded to explain that it was a new policy. If so why weren’t the other guests that I showed him were also paying with cards are not being asked. If you do it to one than you must do it to all. Needless to say this will be my last time attending the restaurant and it’s staff.

I was there after Christmas 🎄 12-29-24...and I feel like I was racially profiled I was there and I noticed other people that payed with their credit card didn't submit identification , the African-American manager asked me for my identification with my credit card, as if I couldn't afford to pay , is it also because I was African-American and they didn't think that my credit card was sufficed I would never go here again, the food was bland and not properly seasoned..His customer service sucked , alleged racist and bigotry.

The waitress microwaved my luke warm bowl of Pho when I sent it back to the kitchen. While my friend's duck noodle soup was steaming hot.
How do I know? Because it still had my basil leaves in it that I put in. It was soggy.

Horrible!!! I have been eating here since you first opened. Some crazy changes have been made to the menu. The regular fried rice has beans and corn. Never have I seen this! I also ordered a pepper steak everything was extremely spicy 🌶️! I called to speak to a manager but was told he was in a meeting! My mouth is burning of how spicy a regular Chinese meal was!

I placed a to-go order in person for the Pad Thai and the House Special Fried Rice. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The young lady at the counter lacked friendliness and didn't smile, despite my efforts to be polite and engaging. I had high hopes for the food, but it fell far short of expectations. The Pad Thai was tasteless—calling it terrible feels like an understatement. Even frozen Pad Thai from Costco tastes significantly better. Save yourself the time and money; this place is not worth it.

He gave thoughtful recommendations on the best dishes, took the time to ask about any allergies, and suggested some delicious specials. His attention to detail and warm personality truly stood out. The service was prompt, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We left with smiles and are excited to return for another great experience!

I went to the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel for a 2 day get away with the family. First time visiting this hotel/casino and it was very impressive the pool was amazing and the room was spectacular. Not much of a gambler, but went down to the casino and had some fun. We were planning on eating out by a nearby Thai restaurant that had amazing reviews. On the way to the garage we passed by this restaurant and saw the menu and the atmosphere inside seemed nice and my wife said let's try here it's called the Bol within the hotel. I honestly hesitated at first and then thought let's give it a shot. Me and my family of six were greeted very attentively and we were sat down. That's when we were approached by our waitress her name is EMMA. She was very happy to see us like she knew us , but it was the first time we met. What a good first impression and made us all feel comfortable to be there. She then preceded to recommend the following appetizers Chinese egg roll, lobster wonton and chicken wings they were all amazing . She then proceeded to offer us a hibiscus margarita which my wife loved. She then also insisted we have the Sebastian's wine which was also very good. We asked her what was her favorite dishes here she talked to us about the Pad Thai and we were skeptical and also the orange chicken. Then the food came and we were blown away with the taste and flavors very comparable to other Thai/Vietnamese restaurants we have visited and the orange chicken was also a home run. She also told me the General Tso's Chicken was delicious and she was right our kids loved it as well. Honestly we were blown away by the food , but mostly by the service , kindness and professionalism from EMMA . We will definitely be visiting more often and asking for her when we arrive. Overall everyone was kind and inviting. And this is officially the longest review I have ever written just thought this place merits it. Thank you very much and don't forget if you go ask for Emma you won't be disappointed ?.

I had an amazing experience at The Bol in the Hollywood Hard Rock! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. What really made the night special was our server, Betsy. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Phenomenal food and service! I went and was taken care of by Izzy. He suggested the Beef Tenderloins off that bat, and although at the time I was trying to be vegetarian, I took one bite and remembered my childhood, just like that scene from ratatouille. The tenderloins were so juicy and dressed in a black pepper brown sauce with sautéed peppers and onions and white rice on the side. Yeah… I’m never going back to being vegetarian. Will definitely be coming back soon!
