Hidden Gem, we felt welcomed. Service was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious as well, I'll be honest, I had the churroso steak with rice and beans. The steak alone was very tender, but unfortunately, there was no seasoning on it. It was bland until I poured their homemade hotsauce on it. I was WOW'd by the delicious taste. They need to sell that hotsauce in a bottle! It was tasty and more on the mild side of heat. They offered to take it back and have me get something else, but after the hotsauce, I ate it all. The white rice and black beans were very flavorful, and I really enjoyed them. My partner had salmon, yellow rice, and vegetables. He loved it! The sauce on the salmon, he stated, was delicious! The vegetables were nice and big, and the rice was tasty. We ate it all! We'll definitely be back!
Oh, and the Flan!!! It's soooo good! Make sure to get dessert!! Give them a try! We almost forgot to take photos. We had already started preparing to eat. Lol presentation was much better than the pictures I've provided.
Parking: They have a lot directly across the street for parking, it's free.

Stopped here to have dinner before show time ( Pink Floyd) at concert hall. What a treat it was... great food ( mussels, pork chop and mahi-mahi ) good service, good staff and great parking option (&15) in there lot. No hassle or worry about traffic after concert. Would return and highly recommend this old time business.
Parking: Restaurant runs it across street

What a nice surprise to discover this gem. The Grilled Raibow trout, vegetables, Red Sangria, Latte and the Flan were all perfectly prepared! I cant stop talking about it and pretty much told everyone I've spoken to in the last 12 hours all about it. Can't wait to go back!

Very mediocre and premade food . Not the cleanest place either.

Tapas was good but extremely small portions, really not enough to share like tapas should be. Also very expensive for what you get. Can pay $15 to park if you’re seeing a show at the Broward Center
Came to have lunch with Ms Ivette, who lives a block away. What a pleasant experience. We sat outside and enjoyed a Mexican Mule (with Tequila) and few fish dishes. Will definitely be back.

Welcoming latin fusion restaurant with ample plate choices for all tastebuds and a full bar. Food was fresh and served quickly. Great and friendly service given. We tried the fried yuca with huancaina sauce, the mahi in coconut sauce and chimi steak dish with their homemade chimichurri sauce.
They had a free parking lot across the restaurant available.

Chimney House used to be a great place, but its downfall has been quite precipitous. The food is abysmal and borders unsafe at times.
We ordered ceviche de la casa for takeout but had to toss it after taking two bites as the fish was gelatinous and tasted as if it was rotting. And, as the old joke goes, what small portions. Upon examination, only one tiny shrimp and one calamari ring in addition to the fish chunk. The rest was just onion.
Same with the spicy tuna tartare guacamole - there were two measly slices of tuna and the rest was just guac. At $20 per dish, what a steal - by the owner.
Save your money and save your stomach by avoiding Chimney House until they get better management and ownership.
