The staff, like the hostess and waitress Valine, are incredibly sweet and professional, enhancing the overall dining experience. The service, led by server Carlin, is exceptional, with spot-on menu recommendations that elevate the meal. The food is phenomenal, with highlights like the flavorful oxtail empanadas, burrata, Caesar salad, octopus with potatoes, pork chop, and rolled chicken. The desserts, especially the Crème Brûlée, are a must-try. The wine selection complements the menu well, and the lounge offers outstanding drinks like the Arancini Rossa and Old Fashioned. Special mention goes to Ali, the operations manager, for adding a warm and personal touch to the experience.
