Bit of a mixed review here:
Food: good food, fairly creative menu items, my carnitas hash was loaded with flavorful pork, the eggs were an afterthought. Service was ok, they served coffee on a mug with lipstick on it (all men in my party), water wasn’t refilled, had to ask for cream multiple times. Food came out fairly quickly though. Ambiance: they had music blasting in the 2nd room, many guests were displeased, we asked them to lower the volume since we couldn’t hear each other, which they did, only to be amped up again minutes later, to which we were told ‘someone is looking into fixing it’… ummm, it’s just a knob!

Price: Food was good but just the service charge alone (not tip) makes these prices very high for the quality.

This is a place for tourists, you are paying for ocean view, for us locals there are better options.

I usually don’t leave a bad review for any restaurant but my takeout experience was terrible. I placed an order for fish tacos and they were cold and I mean cold. The fish was not edible and the tortillas were cold as well. When you spend $23 for 3 tacos you expect to receive a quality and edible product. To the chef that plated the tacos you knew that fish was cold and plated it anyway. I honestly can’t believe you did that to a customer. Please in the future make the food fresh so that patrons can have a good experience with their to go order.

OMG… waited 40 minutes for avocado toast which was as not worth the $12. Service is trash. Server never came by to check up to see if we needed anything like refills. Skip this place.

Great atmosphere but refused to seat me at a table cuz I was alone and told me to sit at the bar. Food was mediocre. Otherwise, great place.

We ate here several times during our stay at The Westin. Every time the food was great. The staff were trying their hardest to keep up. Mostly the service was good considering their system was down and they didn’t have enough help. My only real complaint is the language barrier. There were several people who couldn’t speak English or very little English. My child has food allergies and communication was difficult. It lead to getting the wrong things brought out to him. Don’t just trust that they brought you the correct food if you have allergies. I found that ordering to go at the bar was the best way to get it right. This could have been not having enough workers. We would eat here again though.

Make sure if you pay cash you check your change. The server we had here tried to give me the wrong change since they think everyone is drinking, on vacation and not paying attention. This is after they delivered the food before we even got our mimosas and she brought out regular pancakes when we ordered the blueberry ones. The server looked at me crazy when I told her. I expect better. Luckily the manager handled the situation when we brought it to her attention and I got my correct change back.

Great food, but service was poor. We were there over an hour for breakfast. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes!

Tinta is a great spot for breakfast. Awesome view and great service. I got the Baja California omelette and a latte, both were delicious. Will definitely be back.

It was very busy for 10am. We had to stand in a long line just to reach the hostess stand, even though we had a reservation. However, we were seated right away once we finally did reach the hostess. Service was prompt & efficient. Noise level, especially for breakfast hours, was very loud. Felt like a club atmosphere. Hard to have a conversation at the table. Food was very tasty & portions were substantial. Coffee was good!

Extremely long wait times!!! Food is okay, but the place is clearly understaffed. We waited 40 minutes from the moment we sat down to get breakfast coffee that we ordered, and over an hour to get our food. Very disappointing!!
