Simón is absolutely lovely, he puts his entire back into making sure all customers, no matter how busy it gets, are attended to and are orders are made promptly. I will definitely be coming back

What a cute little shop in the coral ridge mall. We stopped for coffees during a day of shopping, and it was delicious! We got iced, flavored coffees and the coffee quality was great. Also, the lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Great little place.

Cute little place at the heart of the mall! The employee was very kind, pleasant and fast- the food was just as amazing! 🤩 I got an espresso, empanada and pan de bono- and all were served fresh and hot 🔥 the lady even gave us delicious green sauce at no extra charge. It really set the mood for the rest of our shopping day! I’m surprised to see any bad reviews…especially the one talking about Starbucks? 🤨 like hello why would you go to a coffee stand with attitude asking about a Starbucks LOL I’ll support this place even more knowing they don’t entertain such horrible energy people 😇 highly recommend!!!

I went on a Saturday at noon, food was delicious, and service was quick and polite. The empanadas are the best I’ve had since moving up to the area from Miami.

If you’re Latino/latina you know how hard it is to get a well prepared empanada. This place is it.

I saw a bunch of comments giving this place a 1 star but that is far from my experience at this little hidden gem 💎 (especially the Starbucks comment? Out of left field) if you are thinking of going here I would ignore the salty comments and make your own opinion on this place! Cheers ☕️

Delicious empanadas and sandwiches!

I had an unpleasant experience at Tinto today around 10:30 AM. I asked the lady working there if she knew where the nearest Starbucks was. She replied that she didn’t know, which is fine, but she didn’t make any effort to be friendly or engaging. A simple gesture like offering me a pastry or coffee instead could have been a great way to turn me into a customer, especially since I was clearly looking for a coffee shop.

On my way back after finding the Starbucks, I stopped to let her know where it was, thinking it might help someone else who asks in the future. She turned away and completely ignored me, which felt rude and unprofessional. It left a really negative impression of the place as unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend visiting if good customer service matters to you.

This nasty place wouldn’t even give me a straw when I asked. I was going to buy something there but not now! This is not the way you gain customers! You lost one over a simple damn straw!

The Employee Lina is despicable. 0 customer service. She literally steals your money! Puts a tip when you're not looking and paying with a card. I will be calling authorizes over this. Multiple instances of this happening they will shut down this business

If I could give 0 stars I would the two employees are always talking or on their phones don't even greet the customer and they expect a 5 dollar tip for handing you your food unbelievable
