I never knew about Velvet Taco I just happened to be walking by I had no money and I was starving. I went in and asked for something to eat. The manager was absolutely the greatest person on this earth He gave me something to eat and asked what I wanted I chose chicken and waffles. I love this restaurant and that is the only restaurant I purchase and order my food from. Thank you so much for your kindness and beautiful heart because now I am a loyal customer.

This was my first visit and the staff was so friendly in helping me understand the menu and pick great choices! The food was high quality and so so good.Parking: For someone from out of town parking was a bit difficult to understand but I parked in a garage just a short walk away.

BEST TACOS IN FORT LAUDERDALE. I went to the original location in Dallas in 2014 and have been in love ever since and have waxed poetical about my love for Velvet Taco. Fort Lauderdale is blessed to have Velvet Taco, it is the absolute best. Get a cheese crusted taco, red velvet cake, frozen margs, and GET EVERY QUESO! Don’t skip EITHER queso and Elote. Planning our next girl dinner of queso/elote trio, frozen margs and red velvet cake.
