Four of us dined last night. The dining room steps down from the hotel lobby and has the feeling of being in a cellar, with interesting light fixtures and a mix of wall coverings. It is an attractive room. We started with an arugula salad which tasted fresh and lots of cheese. Then we shared plates of fried calamari and zucchini, both calamari and zucchini were flavorful, but could have been fried a bit more and had some salt in the batter. The service at Vitolo is always outstanding, and our server Victor was FANTASTIC. We loved the live music, it wasn't intrusive or so loud that you couldn't have a conversation over it, and the singer was exceptional. The food and cocktails were just as good as we remembered. We LOVED the Martini Monday deal! We'll be back, and we'll be bringing friends.
Love the vibe of the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated near the entrance and had to get out of the way several times during our meal. It was extremely loud in the bar and restaurant. We have been here before and was much better. My lobster was overcooked.
