Fabulous restaurant, fabulous chef! The presentation is beautiful and the food spectacular. Two of our favorites are the Cruz Paella and the Chilean Sea Bass. And don't forget to try a Tropical Mule!
Tried three times during our extended stay in Ft Myer’s. We were turned away due to party of 7 and then with just our family of 5. They only take parties of 4 or less now. Please list this on your website or host stand. We had heard good things previously but unable be able try and review due to restrictive policy. It was a delightful experience that started with friendly valet parking. Both valets were polite, quick and truly made an effort. By chance, we were able to skip the wait and went straight from our car to our table situated in the center of the dining room. All around us were beautiful views of the bay. The vibe was cheerful, yet relaxing.

Flippers is a small, waterfront restaurant known for its excellent food and service. The chef, Juan, is hands-on and passionate about his craft. He studied under Wolfgang Puck and Thomas Keller of the French Laundry, and it shows in the fresh, flavorful food. The venue has outdoor seating only on the second floor, where the atmosphere can get noisy. The ingredients are fresh, with just enough heat and spice, and the portions are generous. The food and drinks are top notch, beautifully presented and truly delicious. The views are beautiful, and fans all around provide a nice breeze. Flippers is a nice outdoor patio restaurant on the bay, and it offers an exceptional overall dining experience. The friendly servers, including Lexi, contribute to a memorable meal that guests look forward to enjoying again.
