Flippers is a small, waterfront restaurant with excellent food and service. The chef is hands-on. The venue has outdoor seating only on the second floor, and the atmosphere can get noisy. The ingredients were fresh, and there was just enough heat/spice. The food and drinks are top notch. They have great friendly servers, delicious food and drinks. The views are beautiful. Flippers is a nice outdoor patio restaurant on the bay. Fans all around to give a nice breeze. The overall dining experience is exceptional.
