2000 Flavors Homemade Ice Cream

Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice cream was delicious!
Server did an amazing job being alone in the shop with non-stop people coming through the door!
This young man needs a raise! I didn't catch his name but we stopped in on 7/6 in the evening.

Don’t come anytime with in ten minutes of them closing because then they are already … “closed”

It says they close at 9pm (it was around 830pm tons of people trying to get ice cream) yet only a few in the store, but we just went in and the girl at the counter said they were closed. So we had to go to cold stone creamery where they had huge line.

kiara was so sweet and Helped at least 20 people ahead of me during a spring break rush. she helped everyone with a smile on her face completely alone, i hope everyone there appreciates her as much as we did! seeing so many positive reviews on specifically Kiara's customer service, i think the girl needs a raise!!! she handled everything so well and so respectful to everyone. would 1000% come back to see her.

Kiara was the only one working and had a large group of people waiting in line for ice cream. She stayed incredibly calm and gave every customer amazing service! She didn’t rush anyone and continued to have a smile on her face! She was AMAZING!! Thanks Kiara!

Drove all the way across the island to get some ice cream and got there at 8:30 and online it said open till 9pm. The lights were on inside but as we were walking in the guy working said that it was closed and then goes back to being on his phone. While walking back to the car after going next door to Cold Stone we saw another group try to go in and the worker on his phone turned them away as well. Disappointed because I was looking forward to trying this local ice cream shop but also because the owner is no doubt losing money while this kid chooses to be on his phone rather than work

I drove 15 minutes all the way from the south side of the island to 2000 Flavors Ice Cream to arrive at the store with the lights on but the open sign off at 8:15 pm. Hours are posted on yelp and google to be 10am-9pm, however when I opened the door to check if they were still open, a worker who was sitting inside doing nothing but on his phone rudely informed me that they were closed. I later observed multiple parties being turned away at the door while the employee continued to sit and refuse to actively clean and close the store.

Drove to the north side of FMB from Lovers Key at 8:20pm knowing they were open until 9pm. We were turned away at the door as was another group after us saying they were already “closed”. Seemed like it was just the rude guy inside wanted to clean up and close early. Employee was happier turning us away so he could be on his phone.

I was just in FMB for 3 weeks love 21000 flavors . The young girl who works there by herself . Kiddos to her she was amazing . It was super busy on multiple times I was there and she rocked not only getting ice cream out fast but her customer service skills were top knotch . Give that girl a raise and tip upon eating there !!!

Great little Ice Cream Shop. Very welcoming, the staff were super friendly. I told her I owned a parlor myself in Ontario and we chatted about flavours. Ice cream tastes amazing, very creamy and refreshing. Definitely will be back
