Great ice cream shop, with a good selection of flavors.

Looks like the place is for sale. First, they had, or I should say, did not have napkins. Okay, paper towel will do then. Also no waffle cones When you pay with cash, they didn't have any change. Could be a really nice place, missed the mark.

Ice cream & coffee was AMAZING!!! The lady was very nice and helpful even right before closing time.

I would go here about ever day of the week due it being close and the staff was awesome and milkshakes are a little overpriced but still awesome, good flavor selection too!

8:15 pm…Busy spring break week with a line almost out the door and only 2 staff members working. One serving customers while the other was cleaning while also serving customers. More staff would have been very helpful/appreciated by customers and the 2 staff members trying to do their best. Bummer…

Went in there the other day, half the flavors were unavailable. Not sure running out of half your ice cream flavors is a great way to run the shop. Bathroom was “out of order.” Staff were friendly.

Decent ice cream, cute store, nice employees, but poorly ran and understaffed. Could 5x revenue by hiring a few more people and streamlining processes. It’s the only ice cream in the area and another one can come along and run this one out of business easy unless they change.

Within walking distance of tons of condos/people. Went about 6 times in a month, left 2 of the times to get ice cream at cvs and food/coffee down the way because they were slow and only one person in line a few times. Super frustrating. Would have went more if I didn’t have to wait so long.

If you’re going for just ice cream, I recommend going here, good selection of ice cream with original flavors you can sample. We went on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t busy. The girl working was super friendly and convinced us to come back the next morning for breakfast. Big mistake. There were two girls at the counter and one man sitting at a table waiting for his breakfast when we walked in. We ordered two cups of coffee and four bagels. Simple, right? After we ordered, one of the girls went into the back and we didn’t see her again for almost 40 minutes when she came out with our bagels. The poor man that was already there got his eggs and toast about 5 minutes earlier. About 8 people came in while we were waiting and the one girl was trying to help everyone. I do have to say the bagels were really good! The decor was cute.

Went to Sweet Licks today for breakfast and got a Bagel with cream cheese, it was really great I am a frequent customer when I come to Fort Myers Beach it's my favorite place to get ice cream. Please tell the short girl with the ponytail that she was doing a great job this morning despite flying solo for a little while while her co worker was dealing with some car issues.

Keep up the great work guys you run a great business

Fun atmosphere and delicious ice cream!

Mango Passion smoothie and avocado toast was exactly what I needed after Doc Fords last night. Yum and Yum! The perfect hangover cure.

Went in about 1 pm on a Monday. Poor young girl seemed to be working all alone . TERRIBLE way to run a new business! At least 1 third of the ice cream counter was empty. She said she would be right with us. We waited at least 15 minutes. She was still in the back working on something else, another order, I assume. Meanwhile 8 more people showed up to be served. We left. Not a good way to run a business! Very expensive ! Nice try cause it's a great location, but....learned our lesson!

Delicious ice cream, unforgettable atmosphere! With a short walk or bike ride from the beaches, it's a great mini escape in a beautiful and still recovering but STRONG neighborhood!

P.S. - try the paninis if and when they are available (certain hours I think), they are simply amazing!!!
