Watching him work is incredible; he’s nonstop, handling a constant flow of orders with skill and efficiency, yet somehow still finds the time to be warm, engaging, and genuinely kind to every guest. His omelets are amazing, but it’s really his energy and personality that elevate the whole experience. You can clearly see he has his hands full at all times, and yet he never misses a beat — always smiling, always friendly, always going above and beyond. Carlos is the life and heart of this buffet. Thanks to Carlos, this buffet isn’t just great… it’s exceptional.“
