I stopped for gas at this 7-11 today (corner of US 41 and Hanson in Ft. Myers, Florida). The guy working there (Billy, per name tag) was super helpful and polite to every single customer, in spite of the fact that he was very busy. A few people weren't native speakers of English and struggled to communicate, but he was patient, went out of the way to understand and be understood, and did not treat them as less-than. Good to see a worker that keeps his cool under stress.

Came here to pick up a doordash, it’s 1.05 am store number 2977, the doors are locked there is 2 female employees in the store waving me away not answering the phone or even telling me what’s going on. It’s a 24/7 location and now they even just walked away turning off the light, like this is ridiculous might as well just turn off the 24/7 time and state you guys close certain times.

Under new ownership. The store is clean has a lot of food options. I love the app. Just one really rude employee that ruined it for me. I go there everyday. This is the first time an employee has ever been rude to me. Especially while he was rudely blasting NWA on a Bluetooth speaker next to his register and you can barely hear what being said. It was really loud. I'm not offended by the music. i know some might be tho by the language used in it and maybe the content. But for me it was the volume and his attitude towards me. I'm always nice. So i went next door and spent almost 9.00 on my cigarettes at the Shell station instead. All the other employees are great. Just that one. Hopefully just a bad day and not a bad employee. This is my neighborhood store so i guess we'll see.

When I walked in the clerk told me I couldn't bring my bag in when I told the clerk it's my purse he said it's bigger than a regular size bag so you need to leave it at the door, I told the clerk I'm not comfortable with that and left. I understand that theft happens but you won't let me bring my purse in, that's crazy.

Racist, they target people and promote trouble. The impolite, rude and unprofessional lady with Latin background discriminated me this afternoon around 4 pm and gave me hard time. I am a regular customer and have never seen her before. An individual with a Latin background from which discrimination itself secrets should stand against discrimination instead and not promoting it.BOYCOTT 7/11 STORES FOR REASONS OF DISCRIMINATION & GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

I've been in 7-Elevens all over the U. S. and this one is by far the worst. The bathroom is always disgusting, the store itself is dirty, and they're often under-stocked. But the worst part is the attitude of the workers.All of them. For some reason, waiting on customers seems to annoy them. Just tonight (February 5th, 2022), I saddled up to the counter and the cashier turned her back on me. She knew I was there but helping me was the last thing on her mind. When all workers act like this it is often a reflection of how they are treated by management.
This location is dirty and mis-managed... pay low wage, staff is very unappreciated... it reflects in the service.... this is one of those convenience stores that the cocky general manager roles in in a large SUV every couple of weeks lays down some rules but doesn't really follow through on anyting and mis- manages it right to the ground... and I only live in the neighborhood....
