Reviewing ceviche: It was not actually a ceviche what I was served. It was just shrimp with onions, pepers, salt and lemon juice on top and a side of hot sauce. If you have eaten proper ceviche you will definitely realize is not what they advertise. I was really disappointed. My point: I do not recommend their ceviche.
Tomas did a wonderful job at my daughter’s graduation party. The food truck had the food out to each person within 10 mins and everyone raved about the food! It was authentic and outstanding!
