We ordered 5 subs and all were delicious and the bread was nice and fresh. We all enjoyed it.
Justin is an amazing employee that Jimmy John’s is very lucky to have. He delivered food at my job and he came in telling us one of the cars in the parking lot had a flat tire. My manager was so impressed by him that she asked if he was looking for a new job. He immediately declined and said that he was treated very well at Jimmy John’s and he had been there about 13 years. I’m a regular here and usually have smooth orders. Today I ordered three Turkey Tom with Cheese combos (chips + large drinks). At checkout, I asked about the new meal deal and was told it isn’t automatic — I had to request it upfront.
I didn’t fuss, because they would have to redo my whole order, and i thought maybe there was something I was confused on.
