First time at Jimmy John's. A good #5 Original. Tomatoes were tasty, too. A clean drink fountain and dining room. The employees were helpful and friendly. We will visit Jimmy John's again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Jimmy Johns. I was on vacation and went to 2 different store.The store on 41 and the cape coral storeVery Rude, I got a drink and put ice in my cup and there was black what looked like to be mode in the ice and I asked for a new cup cause there was black all in my cup and the some girl with what ever hair color it was was rude and told me to rinse it out.Told them I was allergic to tomatoes and asked then to change there glove cause of cross Contamination. And she told me she didn't need to cause they were new gloves. I asked to talk to the GM and she was rude as hell.I also asked for a fork and they told me they didn't have forks but I know that was a lie cause I got potato salad the day befor and that came with a fork. It's hard for me being disable to hold my sandwich with 2 hands. So this store and all the Jimmy's johns should be closed down. I have called the health Department and reported it.The manger at the jimmy john in cape coral is theworst. Cursing at the customer and his staff. The Owners mustnot care about there stors casue i asked for the owners name and they told call corperted but they didnt noting about it. My CompanyDoes catering orders with this business and will never do it againWe will never use Jimmy John's. You guys will be losing about 5000 to $10000 a year with us.

It's okay ... much prefer Jason's deli ... didn't like that jimmy John's only has provolone cheese (my preference is swiss) but jimmy John's does have excellent

Simply the best service in the area - no exceptions!!!Been here twice this week, day and evening. Nice greeting at drive through, repeated my order, gave me the price, confirmed again at window, said drinks up right away, gave me the drinks confirming the order, then the sandwiches confirming that order. Thanks me and wished me a great day - with a smile!This place is the measure for all other fast food restaurants!!! Best in the area!!!

Jimmy Johns boasts "Fast Freaky" Delivery. However, on for separate occasions I was told that they couldn't deliver because they didn't schedule a delivery driver. This past incident the manager stated that he allowed the driver to leave. This was 3 hours before closing. Horrible Customer Service!
