The shakes here are pretty delicious and healthier then most places I've gone to. They don't taste overly sweet so don't expect to have that ice cream flavor to it.. They are a bit pricey but definitely do the job and fill you up.

I work at the hospital down in Ft. Myers and stop in because I needed something quick and protein packed! Their açaí bowls are incredible and the protein meal replacements shakes are on point! I work a 12 hour shift and these protein packed bowls and drinks keep me full am for at least half of my shift! The owners are very kind and service is always quick. They have a rewards program as well, so go check them out. Looking forward to trying more as they also have breakfast and lunch menu items!!!

This is the ultimate spot for açaí bowls! They're not only delicious but also incredibly healthy. The staff is warm, friendly, and makes you feel right at home.

This is my go-to place! Whether it be for energy teas to pick me up before i start my work day or for a shake when i need my protein fix. Their acai bowls come with a different base and topping options making it easy to customize based on your mood in that moment. The staff is incredible & friendly and always willing to answer my many questions :)

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. By far the best açaí bowls I’ve had so far. Everything is fresh and so tasteful. The area is super cute and pretty for photos or to just relax with your bowl. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat healthy while it tastes amazing at the same time.

I've been on the lookout for healthier drink options, and I stumbled upon Blend, a local spot that specializes in low-calorie protein shakes and tea bombs. Let me just say, this place is a gem!

First off, their protein shakes are fantastic. They have a wide variety of flavors, and each one is packed with healthy ingredients and without any of the guilt. My personal favorite is the salted caramel—it’s like having dessert without the sugar crash. The texture is smooth, and it doesn't have that chalky aftertaste that you get with some other protein drinks.

Now, onto their tea bombs. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re missing out. These things are a burst of energy and flavor. They come in different fruity combinations, and they're a refreshing alternative to my usual coffee fix. Plus, they're low-calorie, so I don't feel bad about having one (or two) during the day.

The staff at Blend are super friendly and always ready to recommend new flavors. Overall, Blend is definitely worth checking out if you're into healthy, tasty drinks that don’t compromise on flavor.
