Don't be fooled because it's in a large mall. The dough is hand made each day, scratch. The marinara is genuinely Italian, light, slightly sweet tones and not over powered by any sort of "Italian" seasoning. Cheeses are fresh and fantastic. It has that NY pie joint feeling in SWFL. A hidden gem. Personal one bite challenge 8.1. Great pie!
The pizza is amazing ! The Bianca White Pizza had generous amounts of tasty cheeses, the ricotta was so delicious & then there was that ‘perfect ‘ amount of fresh garlic which was so good too ! We love, love, loved it ! ♥️ We’re not local unfortunately, we were passing through. Also, the owner is very personable & enjoyed talking with us about their homemade sauces. Visit them soon & Bon appe’tit !!
