I ordered takeout for my son and I and what I ordered was missing all of the 7 toppings I ordered except for 2. I’m not sure if they do not know how to read an order but the staff there at Moe’s at Gulf Coast Town Center in Ft Myers Florida needs to be retrained. If you order takeout from there please check your meal before leaving, that was my mistake. But I will never go to Moe’s again, they do not deserve my money.
I ordered from here about a month ago, the chips were STALE, the chicken in my chicken quesadilla was missing , the other ordered items were completely wrong with incorrect ingredients, the rice in my bowl was uncooked, I called with no answer whatsoever and emailed 5+ times about this. The manager Kelly called me and said she would refund me and I would receive it by the following week. I NEVER received it and called again after a few more days of waiting.
