My boyfriend and I decided to try out Moe's in person instead of ordering DoorDash and we’re so glad we did! Unfortunately we did not catch the lady’s name, blond hair, gorgeous blue eyes and a pretty arm tattoo with flowers on it- but she was SO above and beyond helpful! She told us about the Wednesday deal for $5.99 if we downloaded the app, then waited patiently while we did that so she could apply our discount. We even got a free cup of queso out of it! What would have been a $60 order on DoorDash came out to $22. She was friendly and fast and just the epitome of hospitality! Oh and the food was great! We’ll be back!

I ordered takeout for my son and I and what I ordered was missing all of the 7 toppings I ordered except for 2. I’m not sure if they do not know how to read an order but the staff there at Moe’s at Gulf Coast Town Center in Ft Myers Florida needs to be retrained. If you order takeout from there please check your meal before leaving, that was my mistake. But I will never go to Moe’s again, they do not deserve my money.

I ordered from here about a month ago, the chips were STALE, the chicken in my chicken quesadilla was missing , the other ordered items were completely wrong with incorrect ingredients, the rice in my bowl was uncooked, I called with no answer whatsoever and emailed 5+ times about this. The manager Kelly called me and said she would refund me and I would receive it by the following week. I NEVER received it and called again after a few more days of waiting. Got ahold of her through her personal phone number and she said she had to talk to corporate to do the refund (so was my refund never started?!). She then said she would send me a screenshot of the confirmation (she never did). I have still been waiting for them to refund me my money and they still have not answered any of my emails. I took screenshots of the emails and recorded the conversations I had with her. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! DO NOT TRUST, KELLY!!! They will just steal your money.

Came here with my family on 3/17 around 430pm. Ordered a quesadilla it was turned into a burrito the gentlemen didn’t even care to make a new one for me. Then the gentlemen with long hair accidentally put sour cream on my girlfriends bowl when she didn’t order it with that in it. Didn’t even offer to compensate. This location is horrible and has a horrible reputation from the brand. Food was tasteless and not fresh at all. This franchisee should be ashamed of themselves

I recently had an exceptional customer service experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill at your Gulfcoast Town Center location. The employees there went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and well taken care of.Right from the moment I walked in, the crew greeted me with “Welcome to Moe’s” which was great. They patiently explained the menu options to me and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. They appeared very knowledgeable and passionate for your food they were serving truly impressed me. Made me feel like they cared.Throughout my visit, they even took the time to engage in pleasant conversation, making me feel like a valued customer. They really captured “Wowing the customer “.What made these employees stand out was their exceptional manners. They were polite, attentive, and genuinely interested in providing a positive dining experience. They treated me with respect and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable.Not only did they enhance my dining experience, but they also left a lasting impression on me. They truly embodied the essence of excellent customer service and made me feel like a valued guest at Moe’s.I want to commend this team for their exceptional service and express my gratitude for their dedication to creating a welcoming and pleasant environment. Their positive demeanor and well-mannered approach made my visit truly memorable, and I will definitely be returning to Moe’s in the future.In closing I want to say great team atmosphere. Even when busy they worked as a unit and took care of everyone equally. They even handled rude customers with ease and never lost composure. Team members during my visit was Nicholas, Jacob, and Brandon. Kudos to their management. Great job!!!

I don’t typically pass negativity to businesses, but my experience at this Moes was amongst the worst service I have ever experienced. Upon ordering, the man working portioned every single thing in my bowl to a quarter of a scoop. Yes. 1/4, as if I was ordering a kids taco. I mentioned to the boy it was unusual because customers are always given a full scoop of each food they choose. He proceeded to add another quarter scoop and then charged me for extra protein. I do understand paying for more than normal, but I was now paying extra for still less food than I should have been given. When I got to the register, I kindly told the man I was unhappy with this service. He offered to refund me, but did not know how to do it! After TWENTY minutes of him trying to figure it out, he called his manager and his manager said they would refund me in the future. I never, to this day, received it. On top of that, the food did not taste comparable to other moes.

Came in and there was only one gentleman in front of us. (There was only one person working at time). It took over 20 minutes to get 6 tacos. (Which were made incorrectly because the person working was obviously already checked out from working. Figured give them benefit of doubt maybe they were new, then we got chips that were soggy and the total was incorrect, over all experience was not good.Will also add the food portions has reduce dramatically and the prices have doubled in a short amount of time.The Service, food quality and overall appearance I would rate at a zero. Will definitely never be back to a Moe’s after this experience.

Moe's is going downhill. $35 for two burritos on what is "supposed" to be "Moe's Monday". Now they make your cold burrito and put it on a tray with cold chips and then tell you if you don't download "the app" so they can bombard you with text messages and emails, you DON'T GET THE MOE'S MONDAY DEAL. The place was empty on a Monday - these used to be FULL on mondays! obviously the company is going in the wrong direction. If they don't start doing something different it's gonna be out of business.
