Today I stopped in to have lunch and got my favorite Chicken Wonton Tacos.I was greeted by the host and had the pleasure of having Kendris as my server.He was very attentive and gave amazing customer service.Food came out really fast . .The weather was perfect for outside and I enjoyed the peaceful vibes and the bathrooms where stocked and clean.I will definitely be back

Waited for apatizers for 40+ minutes and didn't receive anything than after 30 minutes of waiting until was notified that they did not have bone in chicken wings i feel bad for the waiter he was very attentive but I never saw a manager so me and my family left

Do not I repeat do not eat here… me & my husband stomach’s are turning from them feeding us raw salmon. See pictures! 11.15.2025 around 8pm.

They are serving raw fish salmon and allowed the next table to walk out without paying. As for my family of 4 were served all of their food without receiving our appetizers first. We notified management and received our appetizers cold as if they were just sitting back there. Disappointed and would not recommend to anyone unless you would like to get sick

At the Applebee's located on Dani Drive Fort Myers, our server, Tiana, was amazing! Her positive attitude and cheerful disposition is contagious. She made our family feel like we were a priority and as if she was part of our family.
service was horrible, our server was a young guy name start with A took like 15 mins before he acknowledged us and it was not busy. service was crappy , no form of professionalism. we had no side plate for a shared app .I order a drink before I placed my food order , he did not remember to rang it in because he stay at the bar talking with the guy that was working next to him at one point they were playing in the aisle next to us ... Food is just ok but service is terrible .

The food and service was terrible. We got the appetizers after the main course, one person in our group never received his drink and the food tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved. We will never be returning to that location again. The only reason I gave it one star is because there isn't a option for no stars. Totally ruined the night
