Good sandwiches and always has good deals on the app. Also a good rewards program.
First time trying today & I loved it. The girl who took care of me, she wore glasses I didn’t get her name, but she was exceptional. 10+ stars on customer service. Such a kind girl. Our sandwiches were perfect and tasted amazing. She make the experience excellent for us.
We have been to Potbelly’s up in Chicago numerous times, so you can imagine our excitement when we found out one was opening down here in SWFL.
Now we have been to this Potbelly’s many times over the course of time it’s been open, and it’s always been a lovely experience. I definitely see a turnover rate in staff, but at least they are all very competent and willing to work.

Potbelly is a restaurant with excellent customer service and wonderful cleanliness. The food is prepared correctly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Reviewers find the staff to be very nice, personable, kind, welcoming, and professional. They treat all customers with kindness, making everyone feel comfortable and like a human just trying to eat.
The food is really good and on point. People enjoy the toasted sandwiches, with specific favorites being the BLTA, the Cubano, the ham and Swiss, and the Wreck. There is a variety of sandwiches to choose from along with soups and milkshakes. The restaurant is always very clean and tidy.
The management and team care about their customers and go above and beyond to address any issues, ensuring a positive experience. This dedication is shown through acts like personally delivering missing items.
