The food at McAlister is great. The service not so much. Seems like every time I come to pick up an order there is something missing (i.e. chicken on the salad, the dressing, sides). I suggest you check your order before leaving! Second, I often find myself in the position of being the manager at this location. Last night, an hour before closing I placed an online order. What happend to McAlister's? It used to be my go-to healthier place to grab a bite to eat. Recently got half a club and soup and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. The club sandwich was small and the soup was overly processed.

Out of half the food we tried to order and the staff didn't seem very happy to be at work or care about the environment around them at all. Took forever to get our to go order. For a first-time experience... doesn't make me eager to return.
