The food was great and so was the service. I ordered the country potato soup and the southwest turkey melt. The soup was hot and creamy and the sandwich was well prepared with fresh lettuce and turkey and crispy bacon. The restaurant was clean aside from some crumbs on my seat. I went on a Sunday afternoon so it was very quiet and I got my food fairly quickly.

The sandwich was made to order and was great... Service was a little slow but they were short handed...it was a little warm in the restaurant.Parking: Good number of spots and two entrances... plenty of handicapped spots.
I found a piece of plastic stuck to my cheese and melted into my sandwich. Disgusting.

I ordered a specific salad because of the kind of cheese that came on it. I even added extra cheese and paid for the extra cheese and the salad came with no cheese at all on it. I was already in Cape Coral by the time I noticed they didn’t put any cheese at all on the salad, so I called to talk to the manager. They told me they were out of the Gorgonzola cheese. That I could come back and they would put some other kind of cheese on it. Horrible customer service I paid extra for cheese and I didn’t get any. Like I’m gonna drive from Cape Coral all the way back to Fort Myers for some cheese and not even the kind that I wanted. They didn’t offer me any kind of discount or my money back for the cheese. $18 for half a sandwich and half a salad and a tip. Never again will I go back there don’t even waste your time.!
