Yummo! I always love an Arby's Beef and Cheddar with some Horsey and Arby's sauce 🤤 I'm also so happy the potato cakes are back! The Jamocha shake has been a favorite of mine for a long time. The Reuben is also really good.

Place is a clown show 1 customer in drive through two customers at a table eating and 6? Useless staff none of which were willing or able to take my order they said someone would come eventually then said that twice more one guy even walked up and started to take the order then mumbled something cut me off and disappeared again. I guess they have enough business and don't really want anyone in the dining room eating a sandwich on the way home from work. Oh well I've never been one to force people to take my cash especially $14 for a plain sandwich with fries and soda.

We consistently enjoy going to this particular Arby's on Cleveland in Fort Myers. We often go later in the evenings. The service has always been exceptional. The counter staff is particularly very customer service minded. I am told his name is Mr Greg. He has been there for a while. Every time I walk in and see him smiling at the counter, I know that this is going to be a good experience at Arby's. I have observed him working with other customers, and especially once an elderly lady, and he did a fantastic job. Thanks Arby's, we'll see you again soon. And thanks, Mr Greg, for setting the standard of customer service high. Keep up the good work.

Weekday afternoon drive thru, wish didnt stop here for food, was hungry for some meat n cheese so got the worst roast beef sandwich, requeated plain and they put cheese on it, crappy beef, and reheated cheese sticks, dude almost deopped the bag rushing it out the window with an empty parkin lot. Learned my lesson here.

Ordered off Uber Eats. First my drink was missing. I ordered a Reuben, Roast Beef & Cheddar, Potato triangles, 2 Mac & Cheese. Only thing edible was the Mac & Cheese. Both sandwiches had a horrible after taste. Reuben tasted in the early stages of spoiling. Potatos were very cold and hard. I know this order was a combo between Uber & Arby's. To Arby's, If you cant package to maintain quality at least a little, don't deliver. To both: Need a system where delivery drivers validate the orders before they're sealed. Overall horrible.
