Fantastic little spot! The waitress gave superb recommendations. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had! Food was amazing, healthy, and left me wanting more. Highly recommended!

Slow and rude service topped off by an unremarkable food experience.Sadly employees are the typical teen/early twenties full of attitude individuals.Serving size of wraps is good, but a considerable lack of flavor. Smoothies were nothing special either - I'd expect ordering something tropical with supposed fresh fruit to be bursting with flavor but alas another bland food. Kind of freaky how the smoothies are made in the back so this can't be verified except for the owner's consistent "yes we do and we have the reviews to prove it" comments.Parking: Good luck.

I thought healthy options didn't exist in Ft Myers. Pleasantly surprised with Bahia Bowls: salads, wraps, and smoothies. Portions are generous and enough to split amongst 2 people. Got a Cobb salad that I was able to turn into a second meal making the price worth it. No shortage of protein add-ons either! I'll be back.

I stopped by here a couple of Thursdays ago for lunch. We were walking around in the river district whenever it was lunch time. So we looked around on the street that we were on and found Bahia Bowls. Since I was mostly paying attention towards my twins, all I noticed on the inside of this restaurant was a place to order with a large menu behind the counter. I ended up telling my wife that I wanted the Sunshine Cobb with grilled chicken and then took my son to a nearby playground. So I have no clue how the ordering or anything went. The menu had described the wrap as Romaine Lettuce, Avocado Mash, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped Bacon, Cheddar Cheese with a Mango Poppy Ranch Dressing. With that being said the wrap that did show up ended up being pretty good. There was an ample amount of both chicken and dressing on it and I thought that it resembled a Cobb salad in a wrap pretty well. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I thought that my wrap was tasty and was a nice and quick handheld lunch.

Bahia Bowls catered our luncheon for our large group members of our Board of Directors / Executive Staff at ECHO Inc (Global Farms). Megan, Gabriella and team's service from beginning to end was above board! The food was ON-Time, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious! They even added free tasty treats as a Bonus! We will come back again and again (both for business and personally). Definitely worth it when you are in Downtown Fort Myers!

I'm not usually very adventurous when it comes to food but the servers here help me find something I really enjoyed! The Kickin Avocado Toast was very tasty with a nice spice. The nutcase smoothie was also delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more!

On Tuesday two others and I went to Bahia bowls in downtown fort myers, we work downtown and like to support our local businesses. We went into the store to order a couple smoothies. My friend asked for the mango tango no strawberry sub dragon fruit. A request that she has made and been accommodated with before. The cashier said so you want a dragon fruit smoothie with mango? And she explained no since the dragon fruit smoothie has apple juice while mango tango does not it’s easier to just swap the strawberry and dragonfruit. Once our drinks were made the cashier(didn’t get her name) went over to the manager Gabbie and proceeded to talk about the order and complain as she rolled her eyes and all while we were still right there. My other friend said to Gabbie that we just simply asked for no strawberries add dragon fruit and let her know we could hear them talking about us. At this point Gabbie’s begins freaking out and becoming irate and very unprofessional to us. She then proceeds to tell us that we are arguing over a smoothie. She was extremely aggressive to the point I thought she was going to come over the counter throwing up her arms and screaming. My friend then asked for a refund where she was like “fine have a refund” we then had to let her know she had to be the one to issue it since her other employees retreated to the back. We then asked who the manager was and she advised us it was her so we asked how to get In touch with the owners and she screamed, “they are my boss and they know me, I’ve been here a while” I have never had a manger be so I unprofessionally and rude to the customers. She has had an attitude the before but we chalked it up to a bad day. I can’t imagine this is isolated behavior.

I ordered the Açaí bowl and a smoothie. The ingredients were fresh but overall items were overpriced for what you get.

rudest cashier ever! didn't even care to help me for 10 minutes and i asked after waiting those 10minutes if she got my pick up order and told me to wait really rude like. so I of course got an attitude with her cause it messes with my moneg having me wait Amd not even caring to give anyone attention that I'm still waiting when she should have just said what's the name Amd tell me it's coming that's al she had to do as a good employe but Instesd she ignored me. she was the worse restaurant worker I've ever witness out of al my years of working in the industry as well. I don't give bad complaonts ever cause I know how it is to work in that field and deal with customers but she was really unprofessional and called me a b*****
