I stopped by here a couple of Thursdays ago for lunch. We were walking around in the river district whenever it was lunch time. So we looked around on the street that we were on and found Bahia Bowls. Since I was mostly paying attention towards my twins, all I noticed on the inside of this restaurant was a place to order with a large menu behind the counter. I ended up telling my wife that I wanted the Sunshine Cobb with grilled chicken and then took my son to a nearby playground....read full review
Bahia Bowls catered our luncheon for our large group members of our Board of Directors / Executive Staff at ECHO Inc (Global Farms). Megan, Gabriella and team's service from beginning to end was above board! The food was ON-Time, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious!They even added free tasty treats as a Bonus!We will come back again and again (both for business and personally). Definitely worth it when you are in Downtown Fort Myers!

I thought healthy options didn't exist in Ft Myers. Pleasantly surprised with Bahia Bowls: salads, wraps, and smoothies. Portions are generous and enough to split amongst 2 people. Got a Cobb salad that I was able to turn into a second meal making the price worth it. No shortage of protein add-ons either! I'll be back.
