My first visit, friendly service and clean, ham and pineapple pizza delicious.
Went again today. Always a very good meal, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended. Food absolutely delicious and priced very reasonable in my opinion

Whoever the young girl is answering the phone needs to wake up. I had 2 orders of wings delivered to my house specifically asking for Blue Cheese and they brought me Ranch. Ruined my meal
Problem was, I sat there with the website, trying to create my order it kept on spinning for confirm… I do a lot of orders online. I’m not an idiot lol hopefully maybe lol but they kept on spinning when I went to Call to see if they got my order. I was hung up on without truly answering or saying the name three times. once you finally get through, it goes to we can cancel if you want …yeah cancel

Came in for first time as we received a flyer, everything seemed nice we did get a large to go order. Including 50 wings. A portion of the order was burned. I called to ask why they would serve that to use and immediately was attacked by a person named Crystal who explained that she is the one that cooked our food and stated it was not burnt. She continued to over talk me as if she was right and I was wrong until I finally lost it and went off. Horrible customer service skill all around the board. My kids loved the pizza but for the burned food and the customer service definitely an F. I was advised when asking to speak to the owner by Crystal "he would just hang up on me." Def not good customer service Our total was$107 dollars and with the coupon we used from the flyer brought it down to $80. We are a family of 6 and eat out at least 3 times a week. I would never give you my service again.

Been here many times and I have noticed the quality of food going down hill. The staff were really nice and I like the atmosphere ,however, the quality of food was horrible. the grinder was not toasted, (soggy) the steak was cold and dry. i got the Chicago which I have come to love due to it having garlic butter on the bread, but this was not the same and it has since diminished in quality over the past two years. Please take this as constructive criticism as I have been a repeat customer, but debating to ever come back due to the low quality.
