Busy Sunday brunch time. They seemed understaffed which led to some delays in drinks and food. That being said, the service people were wonderful and the food was classic home cooked goodness.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menus/crayons are available. Kid meal portion sizes are good for kids up to about 10 or 11.

We have been to many diners over the years. This was our first Bob Evans experience. Food was not up to par compared to other diners. It is clear that they cut costs wherever they can. The coffee was very weak and the pancake syrup was very watered down. Pancakes were thin and lacked flavor. The "butter" was whipped and did not taste like butter - it was a whipped spread that tasted like a refrigerator. Sausage links were good. Wife said her banana bread was not very good. We will stick to Mel's Diner and the House of Omlettes for much better food for very little more in price.
Always great!

We ordered the holiday meal for Christmas from the Bob Evans in Fort Myers and I was absolutely delighted with our two meals. The food was excellent and they gave us so much food. Plus extras on the side.

Got the dinners for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and neither disappointed!

There’s nothing trendy or especially noteworthy about this Bob Evans. It’s reliably good food and good service and delivered in a familiar, consistent, and dependable way. Always a good choice. The staff are friendly.

Bob Evan’s have always had great food but this location is lacking customer service Olivia, my waitress was very nice and polite, but she did not read back the order and make sure the order was correct. Therefore, upon food arrival she forgot the biscuits and forgot my plastic silverware, causing my food to get cold. I hate cold breakfast and she also needs to go check on the customer more So yes, the servers need more customer service training, but Bob Evans is always a great restaurant and always has been for years

Thanksgiving: Staff was trying, I guess, but was definitely set up for failure by the corporate brains that run the operation. Online orders were confirmed as ready in 15 minutes but when you got there people were waiting for over an hour. Someone asked how long their refund would take and I heard a staff member say 'man, idk I just work here' then I heard someone ask for lemons and a waitress said 'no! No lemons, nobody have time to cut' and walked away.
Ouch.
While I appreciate them being open on Thanksgiving, it was just unplanned chaos there.
