Just called for information, Monday, November 24, 2025 at 2:36 PM. The call cycled through the automated recording twice, then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I have no expectation of quality service on Thanksgiving and the only reason I'm still going is because family insists. I will never eat here after thanksgiving. And will update this review after Thanksgiving. Edit after reply: I already gave all relevant and exact information on this review and sent a complaint to Bob Evans/contact under the name None Ya business. You're not getting my personal information to sell and there is no further information I can give that is pertinent to help your employees do their job. Thank you for your pretentious reply and disinterest about inquiring about the information I had to scour the Internet to find that could have been answered by an employee in 15 seconds. Edit: after thanksgiving. Decided to forgo this location to instead go to the Bob Evans location on Cypress Lake Drive and had a memorable experience.

I have never been to a Bob Evans and was really hoping it would be good. So we came on Thanksgiving for their Thanksgiving meal. The service was fast food drive thru at best. The food was weird in flavor and consistency. We were polite and tipped. I would never ever recommend this experience. As a first time patron, I have no interest in ever returning. The plate itself cost $19 but add a drink and its now $22+ for a frozen microwave dinner.

Service and atmosphere 0, one female carryout was rude/impatient yesterday, and then today I came in ordered again… I waited 30 min for 3 meals and then they forgot my gravy and didn’t add the correct sauces. No one came to check on me the entire time to let me know my food is coming or anything etc. also the place was not busy at allllllllllll so do not come here. They also like skimp you in the gravy when you pay for a $3 side you get 1 centimeter of gravy. Not even half way in the container it’s was like to the very bottom…. Bad looks for this place all around

Well its a Bob Evans so it was ok. Food was cold with the new cook waitress was awesome and funny tho. Mac and cheese cold fish wasnt to hot and dry biscuits even warm.

Our waitress is always wonderful, she's been with Bob Evans for 13 years. She was the only waitress on this visit. She had 5 tables and a new cook. The manager should have stepped up and helped her out.
I spent over $100 ordering dinner from Bob Evans, and they had the nerve to send me expired cinnamon rolls. That’s completely unacceptable. Now I have no trust in anything else they delivered.

Bob Evans still serves great comfort food but for those of us GF, the menu change was not a good one. There is even more limitations on the menu with the loss of the skillet options. Now the only one left has gravy in it. From what I could hear from my booth, the kitchen was struggling today.
