Service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in—our server was informative, friendly, and attentive. The manager was on site, involved, and incredibly kind, which really shows in the overall experience. Definitely support local—The Brunch Factory is officially our new favorite brunch spot.“

Location of strip mall looked deserted, but restaurant, food and service was fine.
