We drove up from Bonita Springs. Tried to sit outside at 12:30 on a Saturday. No service No eye contact
Moved to the bar for service… mistake #2. She was having an attitude and somehow we got the other end of it. No greeting No smile, just attitude and irritation having to acknowledge us. My husband and I are in the service industry so we understand that issues happen but we have now had to cancel our order twice and leave after not getting any food for over an hour. This first time they were busy and we didn’t even get the kids food after almost 2 hours we canceled our order and left with a major attitude from the server. The Brunch Factory is a favorite local brunch spot where the food is a 10/10, whether from the breakfast or lunch menu. The portions are huge and very satisfying.
