I ordered Veggie Fajitas, and they didn't come with what was described on their menu; no shredded cheese, no sour cream, no carrots. The menu says ALL fajitas come with shredded cheese and sour cream. When my fajitas came, the waitress explained they don't come with sour cream. She would give me the one she brought but if I wanted another, I would be charged. Then my bill came and they not only charged me $2 for the sour cream, and I was also charged $19.75 for the fajitas. This has become our favorite place to eat . This restaurant is amazing, the food is delicious, big portions, great taste The desserts are amazing, we had the guava cake, flan and the tres leches. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Casa Blanca! and WELCOME to Fort Myers!!!!😃
Food was incredible..however service was terrible! We sat outside and the bartender waited on us at our table. He had 3 other customers (2tops) Two of the tables already had food. We ordered chips/salsa and a cheese dip. When he finally came to take our dinner order we had finished the chips and asked for more. He never brought them.
