I come here often after class or on my lunch break and see Christopher taking orders 99% of the time. He’s amazing! Great customer service, efficient, and friendly. Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasn’t necessary. Give Christopher a raise!
The food was great per usual and the cashier was very sweet and empathetic, maybe she was Spanish or Indian but the food was just sitting there when she checked for us. I inquired due to this rude runner never provided us our food and was not going in order. It was just sitting on the back counter in the bag, she needs more training it was a Caucasian teen with a bit thicker body. I always do the drive thru it's super confusing how to get in and always packed. The last two times my order has been wrong but I live by the beach so I haven't wanted to wait in an extremely long line to correct it. I also hate there isn't an actual menu to look at so I always feel pressured to get the same thing because the line is so long and I'm kinda indecisive and like to read what each item is. The food is always good even if it isn't what I ordered
