This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Chick-fil-A is one of those places that I find to be always packed but fast serving. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get my food and it's always on point and delicious. The only thing I don't like about the one on campus is that they don't accept gift cards, but other than that Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorite fast food places.
I've been coming here way too often for my own good simply because of how good the food is and how great the customer service is up front. The managers and leads are amazing, and sometimes the workers take an extra step to improve your experience if you make the effort to just talk to them.Also don't get me started on the milkshakes..
