Chipotle has gotten expensive with smaller portions. The guac I paid extra for was just chopped up avocado, couldn’t enjoy it with chips. The staff wasn’t super friendly either, had to wait extra time even though I ordered ahead bc no one would hand me my food from behind the counter or greet me

The food was fine and what I would expect, but they did not have unsweet tea. When I asked for some, they said that they don't carry it. This is shocking in a restaurant that claims to be a healthier option for a faster meal. The only options for a beverage had sugar unless I wanted water. I have been to other Chipotle restaurants that do have unsweet tea.

I had a terrible experience tonight. I ordered online so I could not see the quality of the food beforehand. The black beans were completely undercooked and didn’t have one flake of seasoning on them, they tasted straight out of a can. I had to pick them all out. I thought the guacamole I paid for was forgotten but it was just all at the very end of the burrito. Same thing happened with my husband’s, all the meat was on one side, the guacamole on the other. Terrible experience...
