As of Spring 2020–>Nov 2020, it appears Covenant Crab Co. is closed, 5 Stars otherwise. Phones out. Drove by their place to check and inside is in shambles/closed.Too bad , it was a great place to get Blue Crabs and staff was nice. Covenant use to provide their Blue Crabs to Cowboy Crab, FYI.

Ordered at 5:55 pm tonight and was told order would be ready in 25 minutes. Sent my husband to pick it up 30 minutes later and he ended up waiting until 6:50pm while the gentleman in the back gave an explanation of “10 more minutes” then proceeded to argue with his girlfriend in the back. We love the NFM Cowboy crab but this second location is quite disappointing in their service and we certainly won’t be back.

We ordered two boxes of oysters a while back and when we went to pick them up they closed 30 minutes early and had cleaned up when we walked in they told us they were closed because they were very busy that day but they closed early we had a lot of people coming to a party for those oysters. I would never go there again! They would not sell us the oysters we ordered.

Very good and delicious food and friendliness staff and they are ebt accepted menu for convenient time for you ce in to this new location across from the Edison mall behind the hokah lounge and Naples vapor across the street from Hooters love the atmosphere and the seating

New owner, management sucks. The once Christian-operated store, has now gone bad. Oysters are not the same, they are locally fished now and disgusting. Pretty sure everything else they sell is contaminated with all the flies and poor maintenance around. Watch out. They don't do refunds either. Wouldn't waste your money!

I wish there was a Negative star to push for a rating... I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this establishment, and you'd think to CORRECT A SIMPLE PROBLEM WOULD BE EASY!! I USED to use this establishment as a vendor to purchase very LARGE amounts of blue crabs, which I didn't mind paying for.. Last Friday I ordered 35 lbs of the jumbo blue crabs, and paid extra to get then cleaned.. Now the problem begins with I was 1st of all shorted majorly on the crabs.. I let that slide.. 2ndly I paid for the crabs to be cleaned, which a VERY POOR JOB WAS DONE OF THIS.. okay cool, I even looked past this.. but lastly I always ask for my crabs to be iced, (bcuz I live far from this place.) Which they WEREN'T, and it caused my crabs to go BAD.. Now once I called this establishment back to explain what happened, I was 1st called a liar, then when I told them that I was UNABLE TO USE the bad crabs, and told them that I could bring ALL OF THEM BACK, the guy that answered the Phone (which NEVER STATED his name) told me that he needed to talk to the owner and would call me back.. I then asked who was the owner. He told me COWBOY, OF COWBOY CRAB in North Ft. Myers.. after the young man called me back he then told me that the owner( COWBOY) told him that upon my next visit, that I'd receive 50% off my next order... okay how is it you want to give me 50% Off my next order and you haven't corrected THIS PROBLEM?? I asked could I just get my money back? He then told me NO!! so in the past year I've supplied you guys with thousands in revenue, and you provided me with bad product and it's a problem to get a refund.. I then reached out to the OWNER-Stefan, via Facebook, and I've yet to even hear back from this awful representation of a business owner!!!
Today I went into Covenant crab to get some crabs. I just want the owner to know every weekends me or my husband coming to your establishment and buy two to three dozens of crabs. Today it was a Dollar Tree wig wearing dirty rude no class having oversized batwing lashes wearing heifer working alone. I should have turned around from entering the store the music was blasting way too loud this is supposed to be a christian-based establishment this music was very inappropriate. She wasn't even inside of the store I had to wait for her to come in she was outside on the phone. So ask you a question counter I asked her a question about some crabs she ignored me and continue to talk on the phone. I asked her again the same question she threw up one finger in the air and you could tell by her body language she was very annoyed because I kept asking her the same question. At this point with her body language and the way she started yelling at me I asked her was she there to help the customer or not so instead of fighting with her I just told her I will go somewhere else and I will let the owner know about her nasty attitude. On the way of me walking out the door she yelled out for me to go somewhere else she did not care. It's obvious that she doesn't care you can tell by her appearance that she does not care the only thing she cares about is coming to work getting a paycheck she could care less if one customer don't show up as long as she's getting a paycheck. So with that being said I would never again visit this place of business unless this thing is removed from this establishment because I refuse to go anywhere and spend my hard-earned money if someone is ignoring me at the end of the day the customers are the one that make sure your establishment stay running because if the customer does not come and spend money you will not remain open

Excellent service and prices! We were looking for Blue Crab and they were the only place we could find open after 6pm in either Cape Coral or Fort Myers The crabs were huge and of high quality.
