Shojin Ramen & Sushi Reviews
I wish I’d taken photos of my bao buns and salmon sushi, but I devoured them too quickly lol. The restaurant’s divey I’m ngl, but the food speaks volumes. I love coming back and trying new menu items!
Food was delicious, the sushi was on paper plates, not perfectly rolled but was delicious. Definitely hole in the wall vibes but reasonably priced.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Just sit and eat, you will enjoy it 😉. Sashimi was amazing and the owner provides great service. They cook everything from scratch, so it takes a bit of time, but it's worth it.

The ramen is homemade, and the broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The menu offers a range of options, including vegan and gluten-free choices that are both delicious and satisfying. The pork buns and mango Boba are also popular choices. The Tonkutsu Szechuan style is a standout dish. The restaurant's exceptional value, impeccable flavor, and commitment to dietary restrictions make it a must-visit destination. It has been praised for being the most authentic Japanese food in America, with perfectly executed sushi and ramen that closely resemble the real deal.
