Just ordered from their website for delivery. They forgot to put the main meal in the bag and acknowleged it, but refuse to send us the meal we ordered. SPENT over 50 dollars for 3 things and gave a 15% tip NO OFFER to send us the meal they forgot to pack.
We have been fantastic customers for a while. They majorly dropped the ball.
When we called it was not the owner that we usually talk with, and he clearly didn't give a care.

I just ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and when I called to complain that I was given a soup with shrimp she said that is how it is and always has been no lobster and no sauce. Don’t go here and expect what you have ordered!

A true find in the area if you're looking for top-notch Chinese. Dim sum menu reminded me of my home town's dim sum parlors. Two minor quibbles that they can fix -- (1) Don't charge $1.99 x 2 for a pot of tea for 2.
(2) Don't charge a 3% card fee and then calculate a tip based on that + tax. People tip on the quality of the food & the service & that policy detracts from the overall experience.
Still, a great place to go to on a regular basis.

Went for a late lunch. Authentic dim sum!! Hard to find anywhere especially in SWFL. I'll have to come back for noodles.

My daughter (13) absolutely LOVES this place. We were here tonight and had the Kung Po Shrimp, Singapore Rice Noodles, and 2 different types of dumings. She ate majority of it ansnqanted more! This is one place that we will always visit when we come back to visit Fort Myers. For the area the price is very reasonable. One of our favorite restaurants!

Ok prices, but they charge for white rice with a meal. Food was ok at best. Clean but tasteless, minimal variance between any meal. Are few good Chinese restaurants in florida, but this is not one of them.
