Only visited on the evening and the drink prices are always different. Ive paid from below $10 and up to $17 for the same drink. Service is fast even when busy and the relaxed atmosphere is great when sitting outside.

Have you ever been to the Downtown Social House in Fort Myers? If you haven't you have missed something special. The staff is absolutely incredible, friendly, attentive, and their level of professional staff is unique and unrepeatable even in Fort Myers. The corporation that owns so many restaurants in Fort Myers has done an incredible job staffing this place and then backing it up with some of the best food I have had in the city. What more can you ask for than to have a drink and delicious food at the outdoor bar under the setting sun and rising stars. So casual and yet spiritual at the same time. Congrats SoHo...you are fantastic. I'll be back myriad times! Hopefully that doesn't scare you!!!!!!

Sat for 15 minutes before we just went to the bar to order. No server ever came even though there are multiple signs that say seat yourself. Apparently - Kitchen closes at 8pm on a Friday? Cocktails from the bar were good so that's the only additional star. Other than that, a total waste of space with terrible (non existent) service...
We went there after the art festival on Saturday for a few beers and to listen to the live music, which was a really chill couple who also play on FMB. We had a great time and then headed upstairs to watch the sunset over the water.Parking: Hard to find a spot when an event is happening.

I hosted a corporate anniversary party at the Downtown Social House. Management & staff were phenomenal from the minute I started setup through cleanup. The vibe was perfect, the space is clean the live music was great. I could go on and on. 10 out of 10 recommend!
