Rude and bad customer service! I asked for an extra hot latte moka, as I asked in every place I buy one, and the answered of the woman was “ it will be the hot that the machine sets, I cannot do anything hotter than that” yes they can.... because in others DD , Panera, Starbucks they can do it! And they did it to me! After that I told her that I don’t need the plastic lid on my coffee... as I always do , I try not use plastic as much as I can avoided . And the manager...read full review
