Great customer service by Jarad! His recommendations for a new product were excellent and he had a great sense of taste for the coffee suggested! The atmosphere was so nice and it is hard to find places where employees are like this!

This location is seams to be hit or miss. Last visit they were out of most muffins and donuts by 10:15. Walked in this time, just in case of limited options on donuts. The visit was made around 9:15 and the options were limited. The fairly new order taker at the register could use a little more enthusiasm. Working with a little urgency when there is a line 3 deep would be appreciated. Seems the staff is more concerned with the drive thru then walk ins

Sweetest older lady in the window!!! The girl making the drinks scoffed when we asked for cinnamon sprinkles on the Cinnamon Crunch drink. She reluctantly took it back from us and barely sprinkled anything on it, as if to say we did not matter, and customer service is not important to her. Without customers, you would not have a job sweetheart! This was morning of 12.5.22
