Called in a large order for pick up yesterday. Spoke to someone at 2 PM, they got all the details and said it’ll be ready at 6:30 AM. This morning at 6:20. No one knew what I was talking about and there was no order ready to go or even written down anywhere.
However, with some urging by me the staff hustled and got this order together within 10 minutes. They all worked together and got it done.

DD is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and usually eat from here once or twice a month or before long trips, but it has had its fair share of bad experiences, for example, I sometimes don't get my complete order the first around without asking for the rest of my food. In addition, the drive-thru is small plus the drive-thru line gets backed up into the road, and you might drive over the curb, and parking and sometimes be a hassle.

I met my brother here for coffee on my way out of Southwest Florida. The donuts and breakfast foods are the usual Dunkin menu. It's a small parking lot on a strange-shaped lot in order to fit in the drive-through.My coffee was just as good as ever and I tried the bagel minis. Good flavor but underdone - too doughy.The shop is clean and the food service was great. I didn't spot anyone complaining about their orders being wrong.
