I rarely stop here at this Dunkin’ location because I have one closer to home… but I was forced to stop before work one morning because the other Dunkin’ location (my usual go-to) royally screwed up my frozen coffee. It was absolutely disgusting and barely blended. So, by time I realized this, I was already on the road again. I decided to stop at this location. I went through drive-thru to inform them of the mistake (that they didn’t make) and they were more than willing...
The Spanish ladies always seem to have attitude... She messed up my order when it was printed correctly and when I came back to change it she was mad, I paid for extra and got the regular sandwich with bacon and it was clear on the receipt it said NO MEAT
Staff didn't speak English an ignored me while I'm awaiting to b served . I speak Spanish they still were not helping me an ignored me. Second time thier first time great this time not friendly
