I donāt visit DD very often so idk if this is normal.. I asked for a glaze donut and a chocolate drizzle donut (me not knowing the correct terms) and I pull up to the window and Iām given a glazed donut and chocolate donut, I kindly ask if they donāt have the donut with the chocolate drizzle on top and the lady rudely says āthe chocolate frosting?ā And signals to give her the bag back with her hand. This is perhaps the best dunkin' donuts location in fort Myers. The place is always clean and the staff is always very friendly and quick. There's a few other locations in town which are really bad but this one's doing it right. Coffee it's always hot and fresh. Even the donuts look perfect and much better than any of the other locations. all the other locations should take note. I go here every morning. Loved it in the beginning but this week the coffee has been horrible made. I took it in to be remade just to get attitude, she tried to tell me that the coffee taste bad because I brushed me teeth or something. Well I'm sorry but I do that every morning before I go there and the only days I have horrible coffee is when you have made them.
