I ordered a toasted croissant with American cheese, not a sad science experiment. What I got was a barely warm croissant with a cold slice of cheese just lounging there like it paid rent. If this is Dunkin’s idea of “toasted,” I’d hate to see what they consider cold. The croissant had potential, but it clearly never met a toaster or anyone who cared. Please, do better, cheese deserves to melt, not suffer.

New spanish manager there is a female dog!! Been going to this location for over 3 years, and she refuses to make a drink the way tohe customer likes. And its not a hard request i simply asked for my drink to be made with powdered lemonade from a dispenser! Instead of opening a bottle of sparkling water. Also trying to save the environment. Sadly this manager thinks she knows what she is doing when she actually has no clue! Im also calling corporate today to inform them of their poor choice for a manager!!!

I would give no stars if I could! The service at this location is appalling. Absolutely shocking! What is equally shocking is there is a smaller location less than 2 miles away with better employees. I will never visit this location again. The experience received at this store from the manager and employees will eventually have this store closed

Employee are on there cell phone, I order on the go come in after 5 minutes and they don't even have my food or coffee started ,the Employee are always talking rather then attending to customer orders

I stopped into this location yesterday to get my coffee fix, and was thankful there were no other customers inside. My husband and I stood patiently at the counter waiting for someone to take our order, but no one did. No one even acknowledged us. The one worker with the long bright pink dreads was right there and saw us, but ignored us. Another girl walked up after some time and asked if we've been helped. We told her no so she shouted that we needed to be helped and walked off. Still no one came to take our order and pink dreads continued to ignore us. After another several moments, we just walked out. There were no other customers and I don't even think anyone was in the drive through, yet everyone was in their own little world. There was a guy that came out with his coffee as we were coming in, and he looked just as peeved from the service as we were. Terrible location.

They took so long to give me my order and they didn’t give me my order good I order two icee lattes they give me two small they change them but just switch cups so the coffee was nasty at the end.
I'm not sure what to make of this. I got a dunkin energy and inside was a little treat. Someone left a label inside my cup from another order. I was very upset. Couldn't get them on the phone at the restaurant and corporate has made zero attempts to help me resolve this. So now the reviews and emails will continue. Thank you Dunkin for being an epic fail!
