This morning I went through the drive-through. And mind you there was only one other car in line. They were not busy at all when I pulled up to the window. I greeted the drive-through employee with a good morning and no response. I handed her my card, she said nothing to me not even the total when she handed me my card back, I said thank you, again no response. when she handed me my food, she said nothing and I said thank you again. The entire time she did not say one word to me even though I acknowledged her several times and was very kind. I understand that sometimes it can be overwhelming when the drive-through is very busy however, there was absolutely no reason why she wouldn’t talk to me.

I ordered a medium coffee and they gave it to me in a small. When I asked if this is their new size, not even being rude, she grabbed the drink and told me to park out front to bring me the right one. Being spiteful they put the small in the medium and put so much ice that the cup was solid and I couldn’t put my straw in. Service here always is the worst.

I got their before work stood their for ten minutes watching them behind the counter taking drive through orders and working after waitin for so long I asked her if she at least just take my order could take my order and she said no that I’m just funna have to wait even tho I’ve stood their for ten straight mins already and watching as come and go through their drive though so I had to just walk out empty handed and still be late for work. I’m very disappointed, plus one of ya employees had a lil bitchy attitude wit me after just one question

I went here with my husband and our bagel had hair in it. I have dark curly hair and my husband has dark brown long hair. This hair was mid length, wavy, brown. The lady didn't have her hair up and our coffees were made wrong. You need to put the syrup AFTER the ice then coffee, then stir with the metal spoon. Smack it up and down again the wall of the cup and spin. That's how you stir it. You don't just lay the syrup down. That's disgusting. The bagels were cold too. You need to always have your hair up so you don't end up with hair in people's food. It's a health violation and shows me you guys aren't clean. We took 7 minutes to get there, the bagels shouldn't have been cold.

Very little variety of donuts, the ones they had were not very nice. I ordered two hot coffees and they delivered them cold. Not at all friendly and helpful attitude, no words of welcome. The women's bathroom was dirty and the men's bathroom had no toilet paper. I will not return.
