Good concept. Pick a carb base like rice or noodles. Veggies. 2 Proteins. A sauce. Put it all in a bowl. They fry it up for u. Give it back to you. My only issue is that you get back half of the bowl being filled because the food shrinks upon cooking. Plus the price is between $12 to $13 a bowl for the amount you end up with. It's not worth it in the end.

I have eaten at many fast food places but now that I changed my diet and eat healthy now this place is at the top of my list. I have eaten here for quite some time and they never disappoint. The establishment is always clean and well organized. The staff and owner are all very cordial and down to earth with everyone and never discriminate like some other bad reviewer had unfortunately said before. Now that they recently added an ice-cream shop inside they have something for everybody to enjoy. My family and friends all enjoy this place and you can't go wrong. Definately give it a try and see for yourself. People come from far away just to eat here. Love it ..love it..love it and you will too. They sure do Rock the Wok like they say they do !!!

I normally don’t give bad reviews but this place, absolutely disgusting management and workers. I’ve never been to a restaurant for a MANAGER and the workers to racially disrespect a person and have the audacity to speak about living situations. The workers and mangers have to respect I can see for there future African American customers clearly shown the moment I walked in. Ive been to all Eat Smarts in lee county and this one is definitely the most disrespectful place to be at. NEVER AGAIN will i ever eat nor pick up meals to delivered from this establishment.

Received my food mushy and when I went to go complain about it I received negative feedback by the manager Moonica and started being very disrespectful. So I ignored her ignorance and choose to make myself another bowl and I watched them cook it and they did a very poor job and added a bunch of broth for the vegetables that doesn’t require a lot and when my food was ready I got it back mushy and disgusting again, I ask for a refund and she was being very rude. The staff is more friendly and hard working and take their job way more seriously than the managers. I highly don’t recommend eating at Eat Smart.

Went here to eat, made my bowl, and brought it home. It was mushy and overpriced. I would not recommend coming here the owner is very unprofessional and rude. There is many health code violations which include the meat from here like the chicken and beef. I know a recent worker that eventually quit because the owner doesn’t even give you the amount of money you worked for. Definitely will not be coming here again, and will be contacting the health department so none of your customers get sick?.

This was our first visit and we were very excited to try a new healthy restaurant, unfortunately we were let down and we will not be returning. The cauliflower rice was over cooked as well as the veggies were very soggie. It was basically a mush in a big white paper cup. When the server/cashier noticed I wasn’t eating my food he came over and asked how it was, when I told him he said “well you made it, we just heat it up.” I do not recommend this restaurant.

This food is so salty. It was basically mush in a big white paper cup. My uncle took the lid off his, smelled it and threw it away. It was wasteful and not worth the money. Honestly, it looked like dog food. Not recommended. I personally will not go back.
